Lang Son province is among the group of 12 ministries, provinces reaching the provision of 30% online public services at level 4
According to statistics of the Authority of Information Technology Application - Ministry of Information and Communications, as of the end of April 2020, the total number of online public services at levels 3 and 4 being provided to the people, businesses by ministries, agencies, localities is more than 54,000 services, of which online public services at level 4 are over 16,000 services. The rate of online public services at levels 3 and 4 with arising online dossiers is 25.3%.
Notably, from 2018 to now, the rate of online public services at level 4 provided to the people and businesses by ministries, agencies and localities has continuously increased, from 4.55% in 2018 to 10.76% in 2019 and reached 13.3% by the end of April 2020.
Ministries, agencies and localities fulfilling the target of providing 30% of online public services at level 4 include five ministries, agencies: Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Finance, Information and Communications, Viet Nam Social Security and 7 provinces and cities: An Giang, Da Nang, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Thua Thien - Hue, Nam Dinh and Tien Giang.
In the first quarter of 2020, the total number of dossiers received at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center was 7,520 dossiers, of which 5,982 dossiers were directly received (accounting for 79.55%), 1,448 dossiers were received online (accounting for 19.26%), 90 dossiers were received via public postal services (accounting for 1.19%); the results of 6,976 dossiers were returned, of which 2,789 dossiers were returned before the deadline (accounting for 39.98%), 4,169 dossiers were returned on time (accounting for 59.76%), and 18 dossiers were returned late (accounting for 0.26%), 352 dossiers were returned via public postal services (accounting for 5.05%); 952 are being handled, of which 11 dossiersare overdue. The dossierswith the high frequency of implementation concentate on some departments and agencies such as the Provincial Public Security with 2,155 dossiers, Department of Transportation with 1,556 dossiers, Department of Planning and Investment with 727 dossiers and so on. In the quarter, there were 2,116 turns of the people, organizations evaluating the civil servants and public employees of the Center, in which 2,019 cases were very satisfied(accounting for 95.42%), 97 cases were satisfied (accounting for 4.58%).
The contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees working at the Center strictly abide by the working time, receive and return results according to regulations; have proper attitude in communicating and dealing with individuals and organizations when they come to settleadministrative procedures, not causing difficulties or troubles for the people and enterprises; 100% of administrative procedures received at the Center are updated and handledon the electronic one-stop software system by cadres and civil servants./.
