Nong Luc temple
Nong Luc temple is located in Hung Vu commune, Bac Son district, about 90km from Lang Son city along National Highway 1B.
Here, on the evening of September 25, 1940, communist party members who had just escaped from the French colonial prison returned to meet with comrades in the Hung Vu Party on the plan of uprising, seized power from the French colonialists in the Mo Nhai – Chau Li Bac Son. At the meeting, a resolution was issued to set up the Steering Committee of the Uprising and decided the time of the Uprising was 20h on September 27, 1940.
Nong Luc temple is an architectural monument built at the beginning of the twentieth century with the most typographic architecture, about 180m2. Temple architecture is a combination of the traditional style of the northern plain with the architecture of the floor of the Tay Lang.
